ByoPaisa - Split Expense Bills – Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Harish Kumar ("Developer", "we", "our", "us") operating under RightCode.app, governing your use of ByoPaisa - Split Expense Bills (the "App") on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Remove this section if the App has no in-app subscriptions.

Available Plans

  • ByoPaisa - Split Expense Bills Pro – Monthly: billed every month. Price shown at checkout in your local currency.
  • ByoPaisa - Split Expense Bills Pro – Yearly: billed once per year. Price shown at checkout in your local currency.

Billing & Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the confirmed price.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.

Free Trials & Introductory Offers

Free trials or introductory pricing, if offered, convert to the standard subscription price at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the App or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
  • Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

4. Your Data

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, and Google AdMob. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to data they process.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
